**General Terms and Conditions for Orders via www.joyjawear.com**
1. **CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS**
1.1 Contracts via www.joyjawear.com are concluded exclusively in German and English.
1.2 By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay", you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. We will immediately confirm the receipt of your order by email after submitting the order. A binding contract is established upon receipt of the order confirmation.
1.3 In case of subsequent unavailability of goods, we will inform you and immediately refund any payments already made.
1.4 We deliver orders worldwide. If deadlines are specified as working days, we mean all days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. **PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, AND EXPRESS SHIPPING**
2.1 Prices valid at the time of ordering are applicable. The prices listed are final prices, meaning they include the applicable statutory value-added tax including shipping costs for shipping within Switzerland.
2.2 Additional costs for shipping and customs clearance apply for orders from abroad (outside Switzerland). We are not liable for these import costs.
3. **PAYMENT**
3.1 We generally offer payment methods such as Sofort/KLARNA, credit card, TWINT, and Paypal. We reserve the right to not offer certain payment methods for any order and to refer to other payment methods. Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by the customer.
3.2 In the case of credit card purchases, your credit card account is automatically charged directly upon placing the order.
3.3 You agree to receive invoices, credits, and reminders in electronic or paper form.
4. **PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS/COUPON CODES AND THEIR REDEMPTION**
4.1 Promotional vouchers/coupon codes are vouchers that cannot be purchased but are issued by us as part of advertising campaigns with a specific validity period.
4.2 Promotional vouchers/coupon codes are redeemable only during the specified period and only once during an ordering process. Please note that promotional vouchers may be subject to a minimum order value.
4.3 The value of a promotional voucher/coupon code will not be paid out in cash nor will it earn interest.
4.4 Promotional vouchers/coupon codes can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. Multiple promotional vouchers/coupon codes cannot be combined unless we have agreed otherwise.
5. **RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN**
5.1 For all purchases of JOYJAWEAR items via www.joyjawear.com, we grant a voluntary return right of 14 days from receipt of goods. Timely dispatch is sufficient to preserve the deadline. The condition for exercising the return right is that you have only worn the goods for fitting, as in a retail store, and return the goods complete, unwashed, and undamaged. Also, we ask that you return the goods in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we may refuse to accept the returned goods. Please send the goods to: JOYJAWEAR, Spechtenstrasse 63, 6036 Dierikon. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund your money.
5.2 We recommend (especially for international returns) a shipping method with tracking. We can only issue a credit if we receive the items undamaged.
5.3 Production defects: If any items should have production defects, please contact us immediately via joyjawear@gmail.com.
6. **STATUTORY WARRANTY AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
6.1 The statutory warranty applies. JOYJAWEAR expressly reserves the right to provide the buyer with defect-free replacement for claimed and identified defects of the purchased goods.

6.3 Should individual provisions of the contract including these regulations be wholly or partially invalid, or should the contract contain an unforeseen loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions remains unaffected. In place of the invalid or missing provisions, the respective statutory regulations shall apply.
7. **APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION**
All legal transactions or other legal relationships are governed by Swiss law.
